Order Processing Time

In-stock items: Processed within 1–3 business days

Custom or made-to-order items (e.g., name in resin, footprint, heartbeat art): Take 5–7 business days to handcraft before shipping

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding Polish public holidays)

Poland- Free Shipping- (Standard), For express delivery add on 2 EUR

European Union- We use international tracking service, €10, orders above 60 EUR is free shipping, tax included.
Tracking Your Order

Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email once shipped. You can use this number to follow your package via the carrier’s website.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:

Check with your neighbors or building manager

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Poland- VAT is included at the checkout. No additional fees, free shipping charges. Express delivery- 2 EUR

EU- VAT is included at the checkout, shipping charges is free above 60 EUR

We cannot refund orders due to unpaid customs charges
Damaged or Lost Packages

We pack every order with care, but if your package arrives damaged or is lost:

Damaged items: Send photos of the damage and packaging to support@thousimstudio.com within 5 days. We’ll assess and offer a replacement or refund.

Lost in transit: If your tracking shows no movement for 14+ days, contact us. After carrier investigation (may take 2–4 weeks), we’ll reship or refund.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll be responsible for reshipping fees.

We are not liable for delays or loss due to address errors.

Service Interruptions
During holidays, extreme weather, or unforeseen events (e.g., postal strikes), shipping times may be extended. We will notify customers of any major delays via email or site banners.
