Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our jewelry, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with proof of damage for a replacement or refund.

We’ve made it super simple to capture and share those precious little hand or footprints with us!

1. Scan & Send:

Place your baby’s handprint or footprint on a scanner, or capture it from a previous inkless print, and email the scanned image to orders@thousimstudio.com

2. Using Our Inkless Kit (If Provided):

We’ll send you our special inkless pad and two Magic Papers to easily capture your baby’s prints at home.
Once you’ve taken the prints, simply snap a photo or scan them and send it to us via email or WhatsApp for your artwork preview.

🕊️ Once we receive your file, your custom product will be shipped within 2 days.
